The electronic signature developed by Digiforma in partnership with Lex Persona (a French company offering digital solutions that allow you to sign, have signed and stamp any type of document electronically), you can now have agreements and contracts signed by all parties involved in your training sessions. This feature is included in the new Digiforma packages.
What are electronic signatures?
An electronic signature is a process that attaches an encrypted mark to a document that strictly authenticates the identity of a person who “accepts” the document. This signature makes it possible to dispense with a handwritten signature and carry out a purely digital contract.

Two levels of authentication: email and telephone
The client contact and the signatory from your training organisation will be directed by email to this area to sign the document. It’s easy!
Sign your documents in total security
A code is also sent by SMS to the signatory so that they can validate their identity when they sign the document. A notification is sent to stakeholders to assure them that the process has been completed. If the electronic signature process is not completed within 24 hours, it will be cancelled. It’s secure!
