Digiforma has become the backbone of our training business.
Company's challenges
Our initial challenge was to gain in efficiency in the organization of logistics (administration, document editing, scanning, etc.). We wanted to save time on logistics so that we could concentrate on our training courses.
The training courses offered by Espace Chef are highly technical, so our approach is multimodal, with the integration of digital learning upstream and downstream of the training.
Face-to-face time is therefore reserved for all the technical aspects of the training.
Before, everything was sent by post… Now, learners receive information and documents directly in their own space.
Meeting with Digiforma
Before using Digiforma, we divided our management between several excel files (like many training organizations still do today).
One file for the number of learners, another for the invoices, and yet another for attendance sheets.
Today, we have a central software program that manages all training-related processes. And the Digiforma software allows us to interconnect several tools.
It’s much simpler in terms of management.
We didn’t think the tool would have so many features. We had no idea it was so easy to manage extranets and to generate learning management systems.
We already had an LMS, but no extranet.
In the end, the Digiforma software ticked a lot more boxes than we could have imagined.
A plus in Qualiopi certification
Obtaining Qualiopi certification was not extraordinarily difficult.
We were able to take advantage of all the features offered by Digiforma, in particular the quality section with incident tracking and resolution.
For each Qualiopi certification criterion, Digiforma was able to provide us with an answer!
For example, having prerequisites for training courses, a program with objectives, expected ROI/ROE for each training course, etc. Digiforma was able to help us meet all these requirements.
Results
We have really noticed a significant increase in our sales since using this tool.
In 2019, we achieved sales of around 82,000 euros, and for the year 2022, we had estimated in excess of 500,000 euros.
The Digiforma teams are very attentive and responsive to our needs.
We regularly asked for new features, and the teams were able to integrate them very quickly. For example, exporting quality reports in PDF format, or setting default training times at 9:30 am. Or precise modifications to extranets.
We also appreciate the OF Connect community, which enables all trainers to interact with each other, and to ask each other any questions they may have in the course of their work.
It’s a sort of giant WhatsApp where professional trainers and coaches regularly post messages, questions, and feedback.
