We train a lot on Microsoft technology, in particular on the Power BItool, which is a powerful data analysis and visualization solution, a sort of augmented Excel.

It was through discussions with colleagues who were experiencing the same problems in managing andorganizing training courses that we decided to set up effective organization for all logistics and administrativetasks. We didn’t think it was possible to manage all these tasks in one place.

In Digiforma, we can directly access key indicators such as attendance, learner satisfaction, and skills assessment. These indicators enabled us to obtain Qualiopi certification.
The fact that we can retrieve the details of each participant and have access to an automatic summary for each learner is what we like most about Digiforma’s features. We can also communicate immediately with customers regarding their satisfaction with the training, areas for improvement, and strengths.
Results
Thanks to all the tools put in place by Digiforma, we create real connections with our customers. For example, with the videoconferencing chat, we can invite them to discuss and make suggestions for improvement. Trainers are generally very receptive.
Digital technology engages learners, motivates them to come and learn, and ensures they understand the knowledge they have acquired. At the same time, Digiforma enables us to get closer to the field, increase our volume of available training courses, and manage large numbers of trainers throughout France.
